How long is a session and how often will I come to counselling?
A session is 50 minutes long. Normally you would attend once every week, at the same time, on the same day.
How much is a counselling session?
The fee will be £60. However, I do have some reduced-fee time slots available. This is something that can be discussed in the initial session. The initial counselling session is £50. I feel it is important to meet each other and work out how we would like to continue from there.
How many sessions will I have?
This would depend on the person and is something that can be worked out between us. Some clients are content with working on a open-ended basis. Some feel comfortable working in six week blocks, reviewing how things are going in the sixth session. Or occasionally some clients may only feel comfortable coming to 1 or 2 sessions initially.
